1. Definitions:

a. AntPay Mobile App: Means the AntPay Mobile Application using Android, apple or Other platform of similar nature whether current or future.

b. The Company, “We”, “Us”,“ AntPay” or “our” shall mean Antworks Financial buddy Technologies Private Limited having its office at 326, Tower B3, Spaze IT Park,Sector-49, Gurugram.

c. Referrer: Referrer shall mean any person who has registered with Antworks Financial buddy Technologies through AntPay Mobile App and / or the Site, to act as a Referrer for generating Financial Marketing Lead and for being eligible to Success Fee.

d. Service: Service shall mean any service provided by Antworks Financial buddy Technologies on www.antworksmoney.com/financial-buddy or AntPay Mobile App and shall include the registration of Referrer and generation of Financial Marketing Lead.

e. Personal Information: Personal Information with respect to a user, i.e. you, shall mean and include, your username or login details; e-mail id; contact number(s), your email address, name, phone number, postal address and other identifiable information.

f. Policy or Privacy Policy: Policy or Privacy Policy shall mean this Policy and shall include all future updates.

g. Precise Location Data: Precise Location Data shall mean the location data that describes the precise geographic location of your device.

h. Site: Site means www.antworksmoney.com/financial-buddyor AntPay Mobile App which is owned and managed by the Company.

i. You/Your: You/Your shall mean a natural or legal person who is at least 18 years of age and could legally enter into a contract in India and could act as a Referrer for the Facility provided on www.antworksmoney.com/financial-buddy in accordance with the terms and conditions recorded hereinafter.

15. Merger & Acquisition

In case the Site or the AntPay Mobile App or the Company is sold or transferred by way of Merger & Acquisition in accordance with law to a third party we shall transfer your Personal Information as a business asset and your Personal Information shall be subject to a different Privacy Policy.

16. Children’s Privacy

We do not collect any information of persons below the age of 18 years and parents are required to exercise reasonable control for that.

A referrer is presumed to have made the referred person aware of the privacy policy and terms & conditions as contained herein (including the app and the website) and also obtained consent from the referred person while sharing his/ her information including personal information/ confidential data with us. All the terms and conditions, important notice, privacy policy mentioned here (including the app and the website) are also applicable for the same.
