Eligibility for UMobile Service
All customers who hold a savings account, current account or overdraft account with UBI and also have a debit card linked to their account are eligible for using the UMobile banking service. Customers must have complied with KYC norms to open these aforementioned UBI accounts. Also, in order to use the mobile banking service, customers must have a debit card linked to their UBI account and a java enabled handset or smartphone.
Registering and Applying for UMobile Service
UBI customers who hold a debit card linked to their account can easily register for the UMobile service at any UBI ATM, on the UBI website or by approaching a UBI branch. Once you have successfully registered, you will be provided with a 4-digit mPin which will be used to access and use the mobile banking service.
