Indian Bank credit card customers have multiple online and offline options for making their credit card bill payments every month. These options are secure, simple to use and cardholders can pay their bills quickly without facing any issues. The bank allows to them to make their credit card bill payments using their accounts from other banks as well. Cardholders can get duplicate copy of their credit card statements any time they want from the bank. Indian bank offers various services which makes it easy for their credit cardholders to keep a track of the activities that take place on their credit cards.
Online Modes for Indian Bank Credit Card Bill Payment:
- Net Banking:Indian Bank credit card customers can pay their card bills every month easily and quickly through the net banking service offered by the bank. To use the service, they need to login to their Indian Bank net banking service and register their credit card as a beneficiary by selecting ‘Credit Card Accounts’ in the ‘Add Beneficiary’ section. Once they register, they can make the payment through the ‘IB Credit Card Payments’ option.
- Auto Debit Facility:Credit cardholders of Indian Bank can pay their card bills by opting for the Auto Debit Facility. Through this facility, they allow the bank to deduct either the minimum amount that is due or the full bill amount every month directly from their bank account. To use the Auto Debit facility, cardholders need to have a savings or current account with Indian Bank. The cardholders have to ensure that they have the required funds in their account.
- Mobile Banking:Cardholders can use the Mobile Banking option offered by Indian Bank to make their credit card bill payments. They are allowed to transfer funds to their credit card account using the mobile application of Indian Bank. They can also get all the information related to their credit card transactions and past payments.
- NEFT:Indian Bank Credit Card holders can use the NEFT service to make their credit card bill payments through non- Indian Bank accounts. They have to simply login to the net banking service of their bank and under the ‘Online Funds Transfer’ section, add their Indian Bank credit card as a beneficiary. Once they have done so, they have to start the transfer process and confirm the transaction.
Offline Modes for Indian Bank Credit Card Bill Payment:
- Cash:Indian Bank credit cardholders can visit any branch of the Indian bank and pay their card bills over the counter. They have to fill in the pay- in slip and submit it along with the money to the teller at the counter. The teller will provide them with a receipt as proof of payment.
- Cheque or Draft:Indian Bank credit card customers have the option of paying their card bills via cheque or draft. The bank has equipped all their branches with Drop Boxes, where customers have to drop the cheques. To make the payment cardholders have to write the cheque or draft in favour of HO CCC Collection A/C No 702098306 IBGCC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX (X represents the 16 digit credit card number). On the back of the cheque or draft, they have to mention their full name and phone number. The bank accepts payments through locally issued cheques and drafts only.
Indian Bank Credit Card Statement:
Indian Bank cardholders will get a physical copy of their credit card statement every month from the bank. The credit card statement will contain all the information related to the card such as transactions that took place using the card, cash advances, balance transfers, etc. If cardholders select the option for getting an e- statement, the bank will mail the statement to the email address provided by them. On the website of Indian Bank, there is an option for credit cardholders to view their statements online. If the outstanding amount is below Rs.200 and there are no pending bills, the bank will not issue the card statement. People can also use the 24/7 phone banking service of the bank to get information related to their credit card.
