IDBI Bank customers can earn reward points according to the type of credit card held by them. The table below illustrates the rate at which reward points can be earned. Delight Points are valid for a period of three years with the exclusion of the month of purchase. Customers can view the number of Delight Points accrued by logging into their net banking accounts and on the IDBI Delight website.

How do you redeem Delight reward points with IDBI Bank?
IDBI Bank credit card customers can start redeeming their accrued Delight points if they have saved at least a minimum of 1000 reward points in their accounts. After registering and activating their IDBI Delight Accounts cardholders can redeem their reward points for various options available on the IDBI Delight website. If an IDBI Bank cardholder does not have sufficient Delight points required for redemption, the customer can pay cash equivalent to the number of points required.

Mobile and DTH (Direct to Home) Recharge:
IDBI Bank credit card customers can recharge their DTH accounts and prepaid mobile phones using accrued Delight Points. To recharge a mobile phone, the customer has to key in their operator name, mobile number, region and amount. Movie Ticket Bookings:
IDBI Bank credit card customers can book movie tickets at various theaters across the country using their accrued Delight Points. A maximum of ten tickets can be booked under one redemption request. Bookings can be made by choosing the region, movie name and movie date on the Delight rewards site. Redemptions must be done at least four hours before the show timings. Once the movie booking has been confirmed, customers will receive an SMS and email with the booking details.
Bus Ticket Bookings:
IDBI Bank customers can book bus tickets from any city across India using their Delight Points. Bus tickets can be booked for up to six passengers under one redemption request. Customers can also gift bus tickets to friends and family booked via redemption of Delight points. Bookings done through redemptions cannot be canceled or modified.
IDBI Bank Gift Cards:
Customers can also convert Delight Points into a prepaid IDBI Gift card, which can be used anywhere instead of cash at over 5.5 lakh merchant outlets. IDBI Bank credit card holders can redeem for values between Rs. 500 and up to a maximum of Rs. 50,000. The required Delight points range from 2276 points for Rs. 500 to up to 200276 points for Rs. 50,000. IDBI Gift cards come with a validity of one year and can be activated within three working days after receipt. IDBI customers will have to bear the following charges when they make redemptions for gift cards – a) Rs. 19 as Gift Card issuance charges and b) Rs. 50 as Standard shipping charges.
Flight Ticket Bookings:
IDBI Bank credit card holders can book domestic and international flight tickets by redeeming Delight points on www.idbidelight.com. Flight tickets can be booked for up to six passengers under one redemption request. Customers can book air tickets for infants by using Delight point redemption, at the rate of one infant per adult. Customers can also gift air tickets to friends and family booked via redemption of Delight points. Cancellation of flight bookings is not permitted under this program.
Hotel Bookings:
IDBI Bank credit card holders can book domestic and international hotels by redeeming Delight points on www.idbidelight.com.
Cashback to the customer’s credit card account:
Delight points can also be redeemed for cash back, which will be credited to the IDBI credit card holder’s account. Customers can make cash back redemptions by logging into their online IDBI Delight accounts.
