There are toll-free numbers available for HSBC Premier and Advance Banking customers, and corporate credit card holders. Premier and Advance hotlines are available around the clock. Any customer can use the 24×7 emergency services to report a loss of card, misuse, fraud or to stop any payment. Other personal banking and credit card helplines are available from 6:30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. Before placing a call, please have your HSBC Credit Card or Banking Account or Phone Banking Number & Phone Banking PIN ready.

Level 1:

If you have any complaints or queries, you can contact the customer care service. You can also visit the nearest HSBC branch or Contact Centre. You can also write an email to info@hsbc.co.in. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can register a complaint on the HSBC website.

Level 2:

If you are still not satisfied, you can take the issue up further with the Regional Nodal Officer. You need the reference number which was provided to you in the first complaint you lodged. Also, keep your account or card number ready for smooth interaction. The Nodal Officer Team is available between 09:30 a.m. to 06:00 p.m., Monday to Friday on the following contact numbers.

You can also reach the Regional Nodal Officer through your HSBC Online Banking account. Select the option of “Nodal Officer” to take the issue further. You should receive a response within 10 working days. Please find a list of the HSBC Regional Nodal Officers below.

Level 3:
