Andhra Bank Credit Card Customer – SMS Service:

If the customers of Andhra bank have any complaints regarding their services or products, they can contact the bank via SMS and lodge their complaints. To make the complaint they have to type ‘Upset’ and SMS it to 9666606060, which will be received by the Head Office. Customers will receive an acknowledgement through message from the bank and a call from the Andhra Bank customer service department. The customer service department will send via email the details of the complaint to the Branch or Office of the bank and the customers will receive a response on the same day. The customer service department will update the customer on the status within 48 hours.

Andhra Bank Escalation of Grievances:

When Andhra Bank credit card holders want to lodge a complaint, they can download the complaint template from the website of the bank, fill it and submit it to the concerned Bank branch.

If they are not satisfied with the response they receive they can escalate the issue to the Zonal Office of the bank. To make the complaint, they have to fill the online form available on the Andhra Bank website and submit it.
