Terms & Conditions

1. Antworks Startup Talent League(ASTL) is a Unique platform for employees of Start up companies to showcase their unique talent in the field of Art , Entertainment, Music, Dance, Performance Art - Acting ,Stand up or any other unique talent one may have . Its a one of its kind talent hunt where in professionals from different companies not only get a chance to be a social media icons but also get to interact and socialize with their peer group on one single platform .

2. The competition is open to all the residents of India, the age group should be 18 or above.

3. Any reference to Antworks Startup Talent xLeague(ASTL) is deemed to include all members of the organising committee and its sponsors.

4. ASTL nor any individual member of the organising committee accept any responsibility for copyright issues pertaining to any act. It is the responsibility of the Artist to seek permission for copyright from the copyright owner if required.

5. No artist should perform any act / material which may upset members of the audience, staff or be detrimental to the reputation of ASTL, the committee or sponsors.

6. No hazardous liquids may be used, including naked flames.

7. No animals may be used in any act, without written consent from ASTL.

8. All electrical equipment brought in by contestants must be in a safe condition and in good working order.

9. No sharp instruments, including swords, knives, axes, may be used in any acts.

10. No swearing/ foul language or unsociable behaviour will be accepted.

11. All performers will act in a professional way throughout, being courteous to others and respect their needs at all times.

12. Any equipment used, which belongs to the organisers or venues, must be treated with respect and handled responsibly.

13. Signing the registration form also grants the ASTL permission to use photographs/videos of the acts / artistes on future publicity / media.

14. All acts must follow the entry procedure as laid down on the ASTL website and Facebook page. See website or follow on Facebook for entry closing date. 7 days notice will be given at a time dependant on entry levels.

15. Each entrant will be given a time to audition and it is their responsibility to be in the holding area 10 minutes prior ready to perform. If an entrant misses their slot their entry will become void.

16. All entrants agree to be available to perform at the final.

17. All technical requirements must be listed on the registration form, failure to do so may result in them being unavailable on the day.

18. Only named artist / acts listed on the registration form may be allowed to take part. If a substitute is required to enable the act to perform - prior permission must be sought from ASTL at the earliest possible moment.

19. Permission for acts/artists to perform is at the sole discretion of ASTL. No written discussion will be entered into. Their decision is final.

20. Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

21. Final winners will be announced basis the maximum votes , e-polling and likes gathered on different social media which will be measured in a automated manner on Antworks technology platform.
