Pre approved home loans come with a valid period ranging from 2 months to 6 months depending on the bank. This means once your pre-approved loan is approved you can now shortlist your property within that time and go for a loan. A twist is that even a pre-approved loan doesnot guarantee that you will get a home loan. If there is any change in the rate of interest the best possible rate is finally added to your loan amount.
Banks usually gives out NOC once your home loan is done. You can request the bank to provide you no objection certificate if they don’t issue NOC. Be keen to to check your proper name , property address, loan account no. The NOC should mention all the dues are paid and the bank has no claim on your property anymore.
