Andhra Bank Credit Card Customer \u2013 SMS Service:<\/h2>\n

If the customers of Andhra bank have any complaints regarding their services or products, they can contact the bank via SMS and lodge their complaints. To make the complaint they have to type \u2018Upset\u2019 and SMS it to 9666606060, which will be received by the Head Office. Customers will receive an acknowledgement through message from the bank and a call from the Andhra Bank customer service department. The customer service department will send via email the details of the complaint to the Branch or Office of the bank and the customers will receive a response on the same day. Andhra Bank Escalation of Grievances:<\/h2>\n

When Andhra Bank credit card holders want to lodge a complaint, they can download the complaint template from the website of the bank, fill it and submit it to the concerned Bank branch.<\/p>\n
