In this article, we will discuss all the channels that will help you track the status of your credit card application.<\/p>\n<h2>Check Bank of Baroda Credit Card Application Status Online<\/h2>\n<p>If you have internet access, knowing the status of your credit card application is just a few clicks away. Mentioned below is a step to step guide to check the status online.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit BOB\u2019s website dedicated for cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(https:\/\/www.bobcards.com\/Track-Application-Status.htm)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the left navigation menu, you will find \u2018Customer Corner\u2019, click on it to find \u2018Track Application Status\u2019 option and select the same<\/li>\n<li>You will be redirected to \u2018Track Application Status\u2019 page, which prompts for details such as your application number and date of birth<\/li>\n<li>Enter the details and click on \u2018Get Details\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><em><strong>Once you submit the details, you will receive the status of your application. In most cases, it is either \u2018in progress\/approved\/on-hold\/rejected\/dispatched\/no-records found\u2019.<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n<p>The \u2018in-progress\u2019 status indicates that the bank has received your application and is still reviewing it.<\/p>\n<p>If the bank finds any issue with your application such as missing details or documentation, it may keep your application on-hold. In such cases, you\u2019re likely to receive a call from the bank for further clarification. In case, you haven\u2019t received any response for a week days, call BOB customer care to know the reason for the same.<\/p>\n<p>An \u2018Approved\u2019 status indicates your application has been processed successfully and your card is awaiting printing and dispatch.<\/p>\n<p>Once the card is dispatched, typically through a speed-post or courier, you will see the status as \u2018Dispatched\u2019. You will also receive a message about the dispatch details. With those details, you can also check how far your card has travelled. Under the \u2018Customer Corner\u2019, there is another option called, \u2018Track Dispatch Detail\u2019, using which you can track the status of your speed post\/courier. You need to enter AWB number to know the status.<\/p>\n<p>In case, you are not eligible for the credit card as per the bank\u2019s norms, your application will get rejected and you will see the same as the status. Once your credit card application is rejected, you need to wait 3-6 months to re-apply again. It\u2019s always better to call the customer care and check the reason for rejection, so that you can be little cautious while applying it next time.<\/p>\n<p>You will receive the \u2018no records found\u2019 option, if the details entered by you are incorrect or when the bank didn\u2019t receive your application yet. Re-enter your details with correct information and also make sure to check the status a week after submitting your application allowing the bank to update the details.<\/p>\n<h2>Check Status of BOB Credit Card Application Offline<\/h2>\n<p>If you don\u2019t have internet access, you can use the offline channels to check the status of your credit card application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Call Customer Care:<\/strong>\u00a0You can call\u00a0<em><strong>BOB toll free customer helpline number 1800 223 224 to know the status of your credit card application<\/strong><\/em>. The helpline is available on all days except on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays. Make sure to have your application number handy before giving a call.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Send an e-mail:<\/strong>\u00a0Send an e-mail to\u00a0<strong>ccb@bobcards.com<\/strong>\u00a0requesting status of your application. The subject of your e-mail should include \u2018<strong>AS- (Application Reference Number)<\/strong>\u2019.
