The applicants can submit the completed\u00a0<strong>Haj Application Form<\/strong>\u00a0(<u>HAF<\/u>) along with the\u00a0<strong>required documents by December 07, 2017<\/strong>. Depending on the state Haj committees, the selection of pilgrims will be carried out by the first week of January. The pilgrim&#8217;s first charter flight will leave India on\u00a0<strong>July 7, 2018, and first return flight will be on August 24, 2018<\/strong>. The Haj Committee will be releasing the details of the\u00a0<strong>flight schedule<\/strong>\u00a0in the coming\u00a0<strong>days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Hajj Application Process<\/h2>\n<p>In order to be eligible for the Haj yatra application, the applicant must have a valid international passport issued prior to\u00a0<strong>November 15, 2017, and valid till February 28, 2019<\/strong>. Applicants are also provided with an option to either submit the\u00a0<strong>application online<\/strong>\u00a0or offline to the Haj Committee of India.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The applicants can follow these steps to download the HAF online:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hajcommittee.gov.in\/\"><u>www.hajcommittee.gov.in<\/u><\/a>\u00a0(Official website for Haj Committee of India)<\/li>\n<li>Select \u2018<u>Haj Application Form<\/u>\u2019 listed under \u2018HAJ &#8211; 2018 Related Downloads\u2019 menu<\/li>\n<li>Download the \u2018<u>HAJ APPLICATION FORM FOR HAJ &#8211; 1439 (H) &#8211; 2018 (CE)<\/u>\u2019 in PDF format<\/li>\n<li>The application also provides general instructions for completing the\u00a0HAF online<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Take a print out of the form to fill in the details and submit it along with a passport size photograph with white background. The passport size photograph must be 3.5cm x 3.5 cm in size. The applicants can also access the website to understand various rules and regulations pertaining to\u00a0<strong>Haj Yatra 2018<\/strong>. In addition to the do\u2019s and don\u2019ts, the website also provides guidance in completing the application process.<\/p>\n<h2>Hajj Application Form<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The HAF requires the following details for the application process:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reserve category, if any<\/li>\n<li>Embarkation point<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation category<\/li>\n<li>Name of cover head<\/li>\n<li>Applicant\u2019s details such as name, D.O.B., passport details, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Applicant\u2019s complete address<\/li>\n<li>Details of nominee of applicant<\/li>\n<li>Name of Mehram with relation (applicable for lady pilgrims)<\/li>\n<li>Details of being a permissible Repeater, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Documents Required For Haj 2018 Application<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The completed application can be submitted to the HAF to State \/ UT Haj Committee along with the following documents &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid International Passport<\/li>\n<li>Proof of address (if different from what is mentioned on the passport)<\/li>\n<li>Bank pay-in-slip (original)<\/li>\n<li>Copy of canceled cheque\/bank passbook<\/li>\n<li>Solemn Declaration, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0Haj Committee of India\u00a0has started accepting applications for\u00a0Haj 2018\u00a0from November 15, 2018.
