Tracking the status can be done by visiting the NSDL website. (www.tin-nsdl.com)<\/p>\n<p><strong>On the homepage, click on the \u2018Know Status Of Your Application\u2019 tab. The following information is to be filled in:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application type<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledgment number<\/li>\n<li>Name (in order of surname\/first name\/middle name)<\/li>\n<li>Date of birth\/agreement\/partnership\/trust deed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"Check_Pan_Card_Status_by_PAN_Number\">Once the above information has been entered, type out the captcha, after which the current status of the application will be displayed onscreen.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"NSDL_PAN_Card_Status_By_Coupon_Number\">UTI \/ NSDL PAN Card Status Through Name and Date of Birth<\/h2>\n<p>Applicants can track the status of their PAN card applications online by providing their date of birth and name as well. Applicants can visit either the NSDL website or the UTIITSL websites to track their application status.<\/p>\n<p>The date of birth and name have to be mentioned in the format specified. Applicants have to enter their names as per the application form, failing which the system will not recognise the entry.<\/p>\n<h2>UTI \/ NSDL PAN Card Status By PAN Number<\/h2>\n<p id=\"UTI_PAN_Card_Status_By_Coupon_Number\">Applicants who have applied for a change in details or information on their PAN card are required to submit a fresh PAN card application. This is also the case if the PAN card has been lost\/stolen\/misplaced. Once the applicant has submitted the PAN card application, he\/she can choose to track its status through the PAN number.<\/p>\n<p>The applicant can visit the UTIITSL website and click on the link to the PAN portal. Once there, select the \u2018Track PAN Card Application Status\u2019 tab on the menu.<\/p>\n<p>Enter the PAN number allotted and the captcha text.
