While a customer\u2019s complaint may normally be solved after taking the first step, in the unlikely event that it is not so, they can proceed on to step 2, 3 and 4. The 4 steps of the grievance Redressal process are as follows:<\/p>\n Level 1<\/strong><\/p>\n Customers can get in touch with the customer service department of the bank via various channels which include:<\/p>\n Level 2<\/strong><\/p>\n In case the query is not resolved by following any option within 7 working days, customers can escalate their issue to Level 2 by sending an email to the bank\u2019s Service Assurance Center. They can also download and fill up the Grievance Form from the Kotak Mahindra website and submit it on the address that is mentioned on the form itself.<\/p>\n Level 3<\/strong><\/p>\n In case the customer has not yet received a satisfactory within 5 working days after contacting the Service assurance center, they can send an email to the bank\u2019s Nodal Officer from the website by filling up the online form and stating their Service request number which they would have received after the first time of submitting their grievance at Level 1.<\/p>\n Level 4<\/strong><\/p>\n In the unlikely event that the complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved by the Nodal Officer, they can send an email to the bank\u2019s Principal Nodal Officer from the website by filling up the online form and stating their Service request number which they would have received after the first time of submitting their grievance at Level 1.<\/p>\n Level 5<\/strong><\/p>\n In case the complaint or query has not received a satisfactory response at any of the previous levels, customers can escalate their issue and get in touch with the bank\u2019s Internal Ombudsman. In case the query has not been resolved by the bank after a month, customers can directly contact the Banking Ombudsman.<\/p>\n In case a customer is not able to get through the customer service number provided above, they can also get in touch with the customer service officials by dialling on Kotak Mahindra\u2019s local phone banking<\/a> number.
