SBI Car Loan Customer Care SMS

SBI customers can also enjoy the facility of SMS alerts. Through this service, they can check their account balance and get intimate in the event of a transaction in the account. Any customer who has a current or savings account with the bank can apply for this service.

SBI Quick – Missed Call Service

SBI also has a missed call service for car loans referred to as SBI Quick.

Registration Process for SMS Service:

To avail the SMS alerts service, customers can register for the service in the following ways:

ATM – Customers are required to swipe their Debit Card and select Mobile Registration, followed by Mobile Banking and then Registration. The ATM then prompts the customer to enter their mobile number for confirmation.

Online – Customer can also register for the SMS facility by logging into SBI online. Customers are required to select eServices on the website. The tab will give various options requiring the customer to enter user ID and mobile number to proceed.

Branch – Customers can also visit the bank’s branch to activate the SMS services.
