First of all ensure that You have your details like 13 digit account number, 16 digit DEBIT card number, customer ID, Registered Mobile number and make sure that your Email id is linked to your account.
Steps
1. Try www.canarabank.in There is a option for New user registration.
2. Choose I Agree . Then You have to enter Your account number, Debit card number,Customer ID, Mobile number and accept terms and conditions.
3. After submitting you will get an OTP in your registered mobile number. Enter the same in the screen .
4. Then it will ask for setting a password for your net banking profile.
5. Once its done, You will be able to log in and access your account details. Here customer ID will be the user ID
6. In order to make transactions, you need a transaction password. For that, there will be an option in your profile for Generating transaction password where you have to enter your debit card number, expiry date, and ATM pin. You will be receiving OTP for this also and once OTP is entered, you will be able to set your transaction password.
This is the easiest way. Another way is visiting a branch n giving an application for the same. You will be receiving your login as well as transaction passwords via registered post. But it will take minimum 7 days.
